During the voyage on the Balloon Otter Pirate ship, Seth and Cliff wanted to fight Rayleigh, the vice Captain of the Balloon Otter Pirates. They heard the Dragon Kingdom and they thought Rayleigh wasn't strong given his laid back personality, 43 told them he's way out of their league as even 43 couldn't defeat him.
Seth and Cliff ignored his warnings and challenged Rayleigh for a fight to say that they defeated a dragon. Despite 43s warnings, he accepted the duel. Jacob and the others decided to watch as they love when Rayleigh fights.
Despite the swing from Cliff's sword, he stopped with just his pinkie claw and despite Seth's speed, got slammed by his tail. Being a Haki master, he was force to be reckoned with as he easily subdued Cliff and crushed Seth with his feet.
Before the duo noticed, Rayleigh used his pamp breathe and turned both of them into diapers.He relished in the cabin boys defeat as 43 warned them not to mess with him.
Rayleigh decided to wear Seth while he decided to taunt Cliff, Cliff can't be he lost, but he should be smiling given he's in a better position than Seth right now, and they'll likely have to change his diapers for a week for messing with his naptime.
