This was a commission from praetoric who also introduced me to the Fallout series. Their character Ulysses has bandages wrapped around his neck and his body, and his legs are bent in a feral way.
I listened to a lot of music while drawing this that was suggested by the owner, which is a cool way to draw! I hope I captured the essence of him right.
