So, penguin number 15 is a bit different from the others because it is for 
TheNornOnTheGo who has a Slowpoke sona, so I wanted to keep it on theme and make them into a Piplup! It was tough deciding how to arrange those colors from a Slowpoke, but I kind of like the final outcome. Also, putting hair on a Piplup? T O U G H.
