Interesting question is how long is a recharge since with my time stop beetles the don’t truely stop time but slow it down to the point it looks it. And how long your in time stop I had rule where once out time stop recharge time difference based how big an area how long and how much power was used on the timestop

Depending on how balanced or how OP one wants it to be honestly! I always leave some leeway with these items for those who buy them to adjust to the level of power they wish them to have

Personally I'd say it'd work like the time stop spell from dnd, but having it only slow time would make it possibly more balanced, depending!

I based my time stops from the flash show main stoping on a galactic scale ior planetary scale are a big no-no. Bad stuff tends to happen if you actually stop time ( time reapers tend appear beings look zombie like tend appear if you mess with timeline to much or try push push time stop longer then you should . Mainly my time stop beetles leaves damage to any thing electrical with a 50 ft radius when it set off and largest I play the time stop is one mile radius. But in my defense the rp I was playing I had half justice league on my rear ready to nuke me >_>. But then again turning Batman into female and amping all the pleasure nerves and throwing a stink bomb worth classed as weapon mass destruction at super man and got a direct hit the stuff did not come off him for a month
