Ollimar can often be found, lounging across one of his many sunny stones. Warm blooded, forest dragons certainly don't need to bask, but then neither did felines who seemed to share several of the same attitudes as Ollimar. Is he lost in deep thought or napping the day away? Best not to approach and find out just how feline-esque he can be-
Another timed sketch from
GreekCeltic who always just knocks it out of the park with these. I always recommend them when they're open for these!
I don't give a lot of direction on these kind of things. I just advised that Olli has many feline mannerisms, including thinking he's a god's gift to the world. Absolutely nailed it here, haha

Sly and witty nature definitely would not belong to lizards but more to the cats
The way he looks, how elegant he is, how he moves or even behaves sometimes absolutely feels like he is partially a feline kind rather than a scaly being
Plus his constant way of entertaining himself and also his way of hunting also represents the kind that was mentioned by you
And all comparisons with cats are very justified in this case
Such a lovely art and pose
Only cats can become so bored to literally create a bit of chaos even in the most silent of places
Other than that I completely agree with you
