Some fabric conforms more to the body than others, generally the thinner stretchy kind, like stuff with a lot of elastane. It's not uncomfortable to wear, there's a reason gymnasts and others who need a lot of freedom of movement wears that kind of fabric.
You know, like those tights a lot of joggers wear when its cold? Most underwear? A lot of socks do it too?
Idk what to say here, I mean aside from that this is a quick (and fairly stylized) drawing of a cartoon leopard and not hyperrealism, this type of clothes is also just a really common part of every day life and it seems weird that you don't know about it.
