Gamble's superpower allows her to improvise together unusual devices with whatever materials are available to her! And with a supervillain attack running through the sewers beneath a large convention... well, it gave Gamble a lot to work with!
Borrowing a stall, and a whole bunch of stationary, it was soon enough that she was descending beneath the city in her large crab mech - armed with a cannon from which to aggressively launch pens and pencils at her foes!
She may not be the hero this city needs, but she is certainly the hero this city witnessed build a big crab out of stationary.
