Thoughts: Pretty simple and tasty, tho it's much better fresh than microwaved I found out this morning. Still good though. I had to make part of the batch without tuna for my room mate and she liked it fine. I have a lot of leftovers, hopefully I can eat it all before the tuna gets funky. XD Thanks for the suggestion!
