Timelines are very weird. Especially when they cross together for a short time. When Flora exits the portal she learns that she in the world of Hyrule where the past and future are exist together. Maybe she is here due to the effects of their world travel but she soon finds Princess Zelda, Mipha, and Malon who were in Zora's Domain for some reason, and decides to greet to them. Since then she has learned how to farm crops, learn to fish, and learn how to use the Sheikah Slate for three months. When the portal opened again the princess bowed to the girls and left still wondering why their timelines were combined in this world.
