After watching the "Simpsons and The Death of Parody" video last month, I guess we can say how "A Charlie Brown Christmas" also fits the "floating signifiers". It was supposed to be a critique of how much Christmas has become comercialized... while the special was sponsored by Coca-Cola and, years later, they even sell effigies of Charlie Brown's tree!

Oh, I was supposed to comment on the costume, right? The Loud House artists should've been hanged for giving the same winter outfit for Lincoln. It's the ultimate insult for Charles Schulz for such a despicable character from a bad show made by awful people for a garbage fanbase to "pay homage" to one of the biggest classic of comic history like that (well, after Calvin and Hobbes). The whole show smells like a septic tank, you'd need to take a shower after watching so much as a 30 second clip of it.
On a side note, I thought of having Charlie Brown to hold the iconic tree in this card, but it would seem like he'd use it as a weapon, which wouldn't sit very well, so I decided against it. I still wish I could've chosen a better series symbol, though.

You did a pretty good job with the results. But I do agree with your point on the LH artists. Maybe instead of just hanging them, I feel as though a trip to summer art school would be a more suitable punishment. 😅
