500 gr porkloin cut dice
Carrot
Potato
1 ready mix japanese curry base
Rice
Chilli powder
Mix them into 1 pot cook them until smell extremely tasty
Put rice to the plate pour curry and then chilli powder (optional)
Ta da simple right?From Chris: Your best bet is to sauté/cook this in a large soup pot on high heat for 15 - 20 minutes. More often than not, curry mixes will call for at least 1 - 2 cups of water to make the gravy base. You could also use vegetable, chicken or beef stock as well. Also note, it does not hurt to sauté your 'mirepoix' of carrots, onions and celery first so that the flavors of the vegetables come through in the curry.
