When Sully told Emmet he needed to "get out more," this may not have been what the wombat had in mind. Carving jack-o-lanterns and toasting marshmallows was kids' stuff, surely! (Well, Sully was kind of a big kid.)
The ferret was yammering on and on, playing fast and loose with fire safety as usual. By this point, Emmet had learned to selectively tune him out, nodding and "uh huh"-ing as needed.
It was peaceful out here, noisy or not. No wonder Sully saw something in it.
