*Ingredients*
*1 to 1 1/2 cups diced red onion
*1 to 1 1/2 cups diced bell peppers
*1/2 to cup diced mushrooms
*1/2 diced tamed pickled jalapenos
"1 small can tomatoes and diced Chili's
*1 can of re fried beans
* Daisy sour cream
*Mexican taco 4 cheese
*Jalapeno queso cheese
*Mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 Taco seasoning pack
* 2 tbs chulula hot sauce
*2 tbs Arby's horsey sauce
*3 tbs taco bell Chipotle sauce
*1tsp cumin
*1tsp garlic powder
*1 1/2 tsp black pepper
*1/2 tsp sea salt
*1 1/2 tsp chili powder
*2 bags Purdue precooked steak fajitas diced
*2 bags Purdue pre-cooked rotisserie style chicken strips diced
*Chi-Chi salsa
*One handful of bean sprouts
*One handful of alfalfa
*Extra large flour tortillas
*Supplies needed*
One can of Pam
One large full moon frying pan
One saucepan large and deep
Medium frying pan
A cutting board
Two pan lids
Two spoons
One large Tupperware container
2 knives one with a smooth blade and the other a steak knife.
Air fryer
Stove
Step one
Spray booth your saucepan and your frying pan down with Pam.
Step 2
Slice up your red onion and your peppers that you bought here in this app and then dice them up and add them to your saucepan. You can also go with free sliced and diced onions and peppers
Step 3
Next take your mushrooms and slice and dice them then add them to your saucepan with the peppers and onions.
Step 4
Take a belt 20 35 jalapeno free sliced tamed pickled jalapenos and dice them up on your cutting board and add them to the frying pan with the mushrooms and other vegetables.
Step 5
Take and use a can opener to open your can of diced tomatoes and chilies and empty them into the frying pan with the other vegetables
Step 6
Go and take and wash your alfalfa as well as your bean sprouts before adding them to the saucepan with the other vegetables once all your vegetables are in the frying pan spray the top of them with some Pam as well then place a lid on top of them and turn to a medium heat then cook the vegetables mixing them every few minutes until the peppers and onions are nice and tender along with the mushrooms.
Step 7
In your medium frying pan spray it with some pan then open your can of refried beans place it in the frying pan and place on a low heat to warm the beans up. Stir occasionally to keep them from burning.
Step 8
Rinse off your cutting board from all the vegetables that you used then open your bags of pre-cooked chicken and steak strips. And cut each strip down into smaller pieces. Once you have done that to all the strips place them into a frying pan and place the lid on to them on a medium heat.
Step 9
Once all of your me have been cooked and heat it up. Add your Arby's horsey sauce, taco seasoning, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, Taco Bell chipotle sauce, sea salt, chulula hot sauce. In with your meats and stir until the sauce has had a chance to mix with all the meats and is evenly coated across everything.
Step 10
In the large Tupperware container dump your knee into the container. Do the same thing for your vegetables and refried beans as well into the same container and mix everything thoroughly so everything is 100% mixed together.
Step 11
Take your extra large flour tortilla and put it on a cutting board or a baking sheet or pan after you have warmed them in the microwave for the time it says.
Step 12
Take one of the tortillas please your shredded four cheese taco cheese on to 1/2 of the tortilla.
Step 13
Next add your jalapeno queso sauce one top of the four cheese Mexican cheese. Then on top of that add your salsa to the amount that you like.
For my burrito I used 5 tsp of queso cheese 6 tsp of salsa.and add some sour cream here as well squeezable worka best
Step 14
Next you add your meat and vegetable mixture on top of the cheeses and the sauces.
For my burrito I was able to use four tablespoons five at Max.
Step 15
Place your shredded mozzarella cheese on top of your meat and vegetable mixture.
Step 16
Take your flour tortilla fold the sides in then take and roll your burrito as you would.
Step 17
Spray your air fryer pan with some Pam. Then please your burritos into the air fryer pan spray the top of them with some Pam then cook them at 400° for 8 to 9 minutes untill the tortilla is nice and brown and the cheese inside is nice and gooey.
Step 18.
Repeat Step 11 to 17 for however many servings you are making for the number of people you want.
Step 19
Take your burritos out of the air fryer pan and plate your burritos. Then put sauce on them how you see fit on top.
*Side note*
For my burrito I squirted a little bit of Taco Bell chipotle sauce on top of the burrito and I pleaded it with some salsa verde Doritos served with a small side of salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, and french onion dip for the chips.

Side note 2:
One burrito can be very filling and you cannot taste the vegetables that easily within it. This recipe was created to incorporate more vegetables into a diet for those lacking veggies in their daily routine.
