"Tragedy struck New Pangaea City this afternoon as cross regional musician June Jett was reportedly shot on the Bering Bridge while on their way to a venue for their first concert since leaving their former band, The JJ Winglies. Several shots rang out before the musician was seen tumbling over the side of the bridge and into the water. A body has not been recovered and authorities have not commented on the incident at this time. June Jett is believed to be the last member of their original band, Monday Dropouts, to go missing or become the victim of violence."

Several months in and authorities have since called off the search for musician June Jett. While a body has not been recovered, they are being pronounced dead. The musician is believed to be another victim of growing corruption in the music industry and its ties to organized crime. June Jett was only 20 years old at the time and pursuing new options in their career in solo performances."

"June Jett is to be memorialized at Bloomcon the following year as one of its former bright candidates. Though they may not have surviving relatives to mourn them, they will always be a member of the greater music family. A special performance will be hosted by volunteers at the Crater amphitheater."
