This One was a bit of an experiment of mine but it turned out good for me
1 2 cans pineapple slices
2 2 cans peach slices
3 1/2 cup honey
4 6/7 medium to large habaneros
5 four large limes
6 two large lemons
1 First take one can of peaches one can of pineapple slices in blend into a smooth consistency add to bowl or pot and set aside
2 Blend second can pineapples and peaches adding honey as well as juice of limes and lemons (pulp if desired) as well as blending habaneros with seeds (or without if desired)
3 Add the blended ingredients into a pot and cook down until a thick consistency is reached (I had to add a little bit of cornstarch to thicken mine up it was a little runny)
4 Optional can using traditional canning methods
Note : I did run mine through a strainer because it was a lot of pulp you may wish to do this if you are not a fan of a pulpy sauce
I enjoy making hot sauce it is quite easy and kind of hard to mess it up so I hope you enjoy this recipe
