-was taken from an alternate universe along with Tangle and Tails
-was infused with the essence of the laser wisp, granting her a diverse ability set
-she can perform a laser dash, similar to how sonic does when using the laser wisp, to dodge attacks as well as traversing long distances, the only downside is that she can only dash in a straight line and ricochet off surfaces
-able to infuse her power into any weapon she wields, preferably ranged weapons, to increase attack speed and power, as well as projectile flight speed
-she can form the lasers into a 3D grid to create simple constructs like platforms or barriers, which she can then freely manipulate by extending or retracting them in certain directions
-Wisper is also able to use her laser wisp abilities to create trip wire traps, causing a forceful energy blast that can knock back anyone who triggers it
-anyone who gets hit by her lasers are turned into massive plump poofy pamps for her to wear and smoosh
-Ragtag mark found on her left thigh
-wears a cyan pamp with a heart print

Story:
Over the past few, there have been many reports of a “lone wolf” bounty hunter taking in multiple gangs and criminals across Turtlereef, Pangororia and Crownreef, leaving some bounty hunters like Crescent and Maya with hardly any targets to catch. This bounty hunter has been turning these gangs and criminals into massive plump poofy pamps, handing them over to the pamperdown warden Mako though curiously they only take half of the reward money Mako gives them. Mako was told by this bounty hunter to donate the other half of the reward money they didn’t claim to those in need, a decision Mako respected greatly. He described the bounty hunter as a wolf, but definitely not a pokemon, wearing a strange mask with a cloak as dark as the night, though Mako did get a glimpse of something he’d seen before on their left thigh, the mark of the Ragtags. He soon ed the Ragtags about this discovery, with his description matching that of someone Ragtag Tangle and Tails know, Whisper. Though reaching out to the bounty hunter proved to be challenging, as Mako has no clue on where they live, keeping their location private for safety reasons. So Tangle and Tails decided to let the bounty hunter come to them, or more accurately let them come to Mako and meet with them there. As soon as Mako got word from the bounty hunter about some more crooks to turn in, Tangle and Tails met up with him and waited. After a few minutes, the lost Ragtag showed up with some freshly diaper Tf’d crooks, but as soon as they saw Tangle and Tails, they stood in a stunned silence, dropping their poofy cargo. The two Ragtags instantly recognized the mask and rushed over with tears of joy, calling out to Whisper as she took off her mask and rushed towards them for one big hug. After some hugging and happy-crying, Whisper told Tangle and Tails about how she laid low for a while after coming to this world, witnessing the gangs and criminals get away with their crimes, so she decided to become a bounty hunter for justice and to ensure the safety of the residents. As Mako collected the criminals Whisper caught, he noticed how plump and doughy Whisper diaper butt was, pointing it out and making her blush hard. Tangle and Tails of course, ed in by loading their diapers too, smooshing their plump doughy diaper rumps together with Tangle’s face between them, making her load her diaper and blush more. Tangle and Tails then told her about their experiences and how the other escapees of the lab formed a family known as the Ragtag Rogues, making Whisper relieved and excited that she has an extended family to come home to. Afterwards, Whisper waddled over to Mako and collected her reward, with Mako smooshing and wobbling her doughy diaper rump for bit before all three Ragtags went to help Whisper pack her stuff, with the wolf wagging her tail excitedly yet shy about meeting her Ragtag family, as Tangle and Tails reassured her that they very nice folks.
