Merengue and Ellie, Besties Hanging Out...

This is the latest addition to my slowly growing collection of Animal Crossing fan art, this time being done by
Purple Haze, which she did real good with these two ladies. >w> Ellie and Merengue are my two absolute favorite villagers in the Animal Crossing series, and given their backgrounds, I can't not see them as being the best of friends, as they seem to be on my island for real in New Horizons. Merengue is a stellar baker, while Ellie has a nigh-uncontrollable love for sweets, so it comes natural to my mind that she is an eager taste tester for Merengue's goods. It all seems to be catching up to them though, don't you think?
