Z-Mo's domain, the Z-Mook Marsh (real creative...), is a dystopian wasteland with tons of toxic materials spilled about, ruined buildings aplenty, and the few inhabitants are composed of either survivors trying to carve out a living or monstrous toons who wouldn't even hesitate to eat the nearest thing.
Only the bravest, foolhardiest or straight up foolish would dare step foot here...
