FurAffinity ◈ Weasyl ◈ Ko-Fi ◈ InkBunnyI got around to deg the rest of Domilon, my possible Wallakarra (Space Kangaroo/Wallaby/Pademelon) alt-sona, and even as a macropod I'd be a fat dork with colorful undies...
However, it IS an excuse to show that I also made some changes to the legs and feet compared to how I drew examples of this species previously, I have yet to decide if I'll retcon others like Traxler to have the same sort of ankle spur, or if Domilon is just demonstrating some sort of variation between Wallakarra subspecies.
I've yet to decide on a career for Domilon, but I was considering having him be Menno's friend and assist him in running the market, or perhaps as a bartender at a small pub/tavern (or glorified beer tent) nearby.
Love how his expression and body language turned out here, almost like he has his little living quarters in the back, but the door between his space and his business space was left open and a customer just happened to see him walking by... I have this same sort of worry about being seen by delivery drivers when I'm having a lazy underdressed day at home myself, to be honest!

I have to say I really like this guy's design in particular and he pulls off the colorful underwear quite well, if I were a pudgy nearly-middle-aged Space Kangaroo I'm not sure how I'd react to finding out I have an audience, though--probably a moment of stunned silence, before either making some attempt to cover myself and/or hide behind something, or demanding to know why someone is peeking on me while I'm in my living space, maybe both at the same time!
Just gotta be careful to be fully dressed before going to work! Or not. I'm sure in cartoon animal universe, many people would prefer if the shopkeeper slept in too late and in a rush to get the shop opened, forgot to even get dressed until a customer or ten pointed out that they're running the counter in nothing but their underwear!
