Icewings infected by the Amaranthine Virus. Their wings have been torn off and replaces by large, glowing crystals, and their frostbreath ie constantly emanated at max power everywhere from its body, including its mouth, any wounds, and both the crystals - causing anything that even comes close to it to freeze. It is completely deaf, however - use that to your advantage, I suppose.

The latest one I've done. I was planning to do all of them, but I guess I was just burned out. -or bored. Could be either, I'm just not as invested now.
