Dash has been staying up quite late these days. Not only is his sleep schedule messed up, but he's just spending all those hours of the night watching videos. He needed to do something more productive and Hawke had the seemingly perfect offer. The big green wolf stated that he had a nighttime position that needed to be filled, and how could Dash it up? Thinking he was going to be a lab assistent or some other cool role, he eagerly signed the contract and was promptly tossed into a whirling machine. Once spat out, he had taken on a new role alright, now stuck in a spherical form and barely able to mutter sounds much less words. Hawke picked up the sad little fox ball and inspected his handy work, announcing the job title that Dash should have asked about soon: "Boot deodorizer". If the fox could sweat, he'd be sweating streams at those words as his little muffled cries were ignored as Dash watched Hawke remove his large black boots and hover that odor ball right over that steaming opening. Dash certainly had the most eventful night in a long while; choking on the potent smell of a wolf's well worn boots as he sucked in the fumes like a mini vacuum. Whatever that machine had done to his molecular structure, it was sure as heck working as intended as poor Dash spent all night absorbing those pesky steaming fumes. By the time he felt movement and rolled out of that boot like a little marble, Dash was already rather discolored and emitting steam of his own. Though the worst was yet to come, as Hawke so casually reminded him. There was still a whole extra boot's worth of odor to soak up. Whatever Hawke was paying, this job wasn't worth it.... he was getting paid right?
