Webber is a half-human, half-spider monster kid who is playable in Don't Starve and Don't Starve Together, by Klei Entertainment. In the lore of the game, today (April 30th) is Webber's birthday, so I thought that even with the weird flow of time in The Constant (the world they're stranded in), the best spider kid ever deserves a celebration!
(Keep in mind, the candles do NOT represent Webber's age! Someone in the group just decided at the last minute that there should be lit candles. Can't imagine who.

So, there was actually going to be a short, multi-page comic for this. Unfortunately, about a week ago I was badly sick for a few days with the flu (I'm fine now, don't worry!), so I had to scale back my plans on this one in order to make it to the April 30th deadline. Even so, I'm still looking into going back and adding in the first couple of pages before this in a little bit (Moonlight Angel first!) in order to fully flesh out my idea.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this look into one of The Constant's brighter moments. The Survivors live a difficult life, so they need to find joy where they can.
