Another Regional Variant! This time, it's a Gen 3 Pokémon -- the Fang Snake Pokémon, Seviper!
This one doesn't have any inspiration behind it -- I just let my imagination flow and let the outcome surprise me -- and you too, probably!

Seviper's biology already includes its tail blade containing venom, so I decided to put that to good use in this Regional Variant concept.
