Perhaps the youngest member of the Harbingers of Liberty, Ginny was born and lived most of her early life in Springfield, but lost her parents to a tornado while visiting family in Joplin where, in a tragic fit of irony, she discovered she was a wild card Harbinger. To fulfill her training, she fell under the tutorship of a Harbinger living in St. Louis as a barkeep. She then went to college in California for journalism where she met Lydia, and the two have become best friends since. She specifically went for field reporting as she wanted to use her Harbinger abilities for helping others and figured it was the best way in. Outside of her job, where she is brimming with confidence and courage, she is actually quite shy and bashful, with a love of gardening and reading historical fiction novels.
Ginny’s Harbinger powers are the ability to absorb, neutralize, and release electricity through her fingers. Very handy for when live downed power lines are in the way.FINALLY! Another Harbinger girl is referenced! This time it's Ginny the hognose snake, who despite being the smallest of the main six (for a Harbinger, that is), she serves perhaps one of the most vital roles of the division. That's right; it's the search, rescue, first aid, and care of those who've been most directly affected. After all, what are you saving if there's nothing left to save?
Real_Behemoth and I had quite a bit to talk about while deg her Harbinger outfit including the loadout, and I love the result we came up with! She'd certainly have no problems standing out as a field medic after a big storm! And with a loadout that includes life tents, electricity-conducting gloves, and even a special knife and pair of scissors, she's ready and geared to lend a helping hand. :D
