Ok so I was resisting the urge to draw ANY Snicket characters as dogs (it takes me a while to give in, I must it to having a lot a shame about it, lol), but months and months ago now I had a dream where Count Olaf was a Borzoi, and it worked so damn well I wanted to get it on paper so bad, and I'm pretty sure that's how I ended up giving in and doing everyone else as dogs, too.
What I saw in my dream was amazing. I've been struggling to make it work in practice. This is close? Maybe? It was more about his bony ass body lol. It just worked so WELL. AAAAA

I think one thing that might help to even it out is, Olaf should be (from what I understand, anyway?) much younger than he looks, I think he's just supposed to have aged terribly. So it might be alright. But, there is still something a bit too charming for book-accuracy, either way!
Edit: Oh, as far as voice goes, Tim Curry's Olaf in the audio books wins for SURE, omggg
Now I kinda want to read All the Wrong Questions!
