In NEOS I found a shrink ray that lets you actively shrink people down without them can do anything against this. I love NEOS for these empowerments over others without them can do anything. It's funny if you do so and it's hot if they do it to ya (if you're a subby brat like me). VRC would never allow those things, just in some worlds (partly). In NEOS it's the opposite. Per default you can do such things, it has to be prohibited actively to cut it. Well. See how I am just a speck on the fingertip of this bird? And he even can grow, so that I am in not even a tenth of an inch and such. But in these sizes everything starts to flicker around :D Funny tho!

And I've my own world in VRC in which I manipulate cells that makes the prisoner in the trigger box unable to use cell lever and also respawn point is set in there and so players can capture players there. So VRC can make such stuff available, but you've to make a map for that, it's not autimatically possible xD
