Noah, one of Percy's rivals prior to being captured by Mother Dragon, heard rumors of Percy's failed heist. Deciding he could easily steal some diapers from some random store, Noah makes his own attempt. And as you can see, his attempt went just as poorly. Now much like his rival, he's stuck as Mother Dragon's adorable Floragato. He's even wearing the 'Monster Egg' themed diapers he was intending to steal.
Meanwhile, Percy is just loving every second of this. It won't be long before Noah's a diaper filling baby like him. And he's gonna milk those moments for every second it's worth.
