But I think the dimensions are different for FA it's 1850 x 300 px

I've been looking just with two different screens and noticed there's no right size as FA do not resize the banners the same way it does with the avatars and doesn't centers them either. In Snow's screen this is perfect fit, in my laptop is a bit short and in mobile it just shows the left side...
It's a bit rudimentary :P

Ah I see, noted. I didn't take in mind the screen factors and so I had a look over the site update journal once again but it should be mostly fine to start at their given size and the site will just crop and resize from right to left the banner as the screen is getting smaller.
