I'm broke but I will say this: you're not alone. I've been in pretty much the same position for years now. It gets... easier? Maybe "easier" isn't the right word but you just have to keep at it. Keep reminding yourself why you do things, why you wake up every morning. For me, it's my faith as a Christian that makes me crawl out of bed. For you it might be something else-- but reminding yourself what you live for and why it's important, it'll get you started.

I've been following your journey for a little while now. I struggle with self-esteem and keeping the bills paid, too. I also live with my art being bad and being very slow with getting any better. In fact, I've been trying to learn from your art because it's so wonderfully made. I look up to you in that regard and, as I said, I'm in a similar situation with depression.

But I'm making it. Some days it's just barely making it but I am. I know you can, too. Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who is in the same boat and get some encouragement to face the day.

And I honestly have often felt depression recently about the struggles of paying rent sometimes so you're not alone.
If you don't already have one, I would highly suggest finding someone that is willing to become a roommate; if you find someone good enough, it would be like living with a friend and also splitting the rent money between the both of you. I recommend asking all your close friends if they're willing to become roommates, and if you can then make new friends until you find someone who's willing.

I myself am also open to becoming roommates (after becoming friends on Discord first) if you live somewhere in (or near) the pacific time zone cause that's where I live nwn. Just to clarify something, I do already have someone who wants to be my roommate, but he lives very far away so in short I am not able to visit him TwT. So recently I thought of possibly finding someone that lives closer to me.
