The cover of an comic in four parts in which Duncan, showing off by the pool gets himself stuck in a psyduck swim ring but he cannot believe he is stuck, he is after all a water type and the water is right there, he just can't seem to get out of this thing and into it. How did this happen? Why can he not just get out? You will see in the first exciting page of "Duncan Gets Stuck". Wait for it.
