-he loves absorbing and gulping others into his massive poofy diaper butt Just by smooshes his poofy butt on them and start gulping them slowly into his diaper butt
-he can digests those he absorbs into sentient floof poop blobs for extra space, like how Pampaku digests and absorbs others
-When he wears a diaper, Pascal’s special aura gives the diaper the ability to absorb and digest, All he have to do is to smoosh his massive poofy butt onto the person they want to trap then absorb and digest them into sentient blobs of floof poop, who he can convert into Tf’d diapers or Diapercritters
-He can use a long range diaper beam which they fire from their horn, which can turn anyone into a diaper blob
-The scientists modified resolute form to be stronger, but drains Pascal’s energy and stamina as a trade off, It makes Pascal faster and more agile, as well has making his poofy butt slam attacks hit harder, but Pascal can only be in resolute form temporarily before turning back to normal from exhaustion
-His diaper will be white with lavender accents, his mark is On his thighs like Sandoku and Artisan
-We find him simply working at Kel and Leon’s diaper shop, he get to try on massive poofy diapers there for Kel and Leon

Story:
When the Ragtags are looking for some new pamps to wear and load, they always pay Kel and Leon’s store a visit, as they have the widest variety in stock. Though recently, it seems they have hired a new employee to help around the store. One day, Ethan, Pampaku and Sandoku decided to pay Kel and Leon to check out what they have new in their stock. On their way there, the trio’s aura eyes activated, meaning there was another lost Ragtag Nearby. Following the trail, they found their unknown Ragtag being confronted by some Thievuls, who look like they are ready for a fight. But before the trio could take actions, they saw the Thievuls getting gulped and absorbed into the lost Ragtag’s massive poofy butt, and once they were completely absorbed, the lost Ragtag swiftly left the area before the trio could approach them, deactivating the trio’s aura eyes. Though they had a feeling they would run into the lost Ragtag later. So they continued with their trip to Kel and Leon’s diaper shop. When they reached the shop however, their aura eyes activated again, meaning that either the lost Ragtag is a customer, or a new employee working for Kel and Leon. When the trio entered the shop, Kel came to greet them, ready to help them with anything. Ethan asked if they hired a lost Ragtag, to which Kel confirmed, as he and Leon noticed the mark of the ragtags. He told him that their new employee is a Keldeo named Pascal, who wandered into their shop a few days ago. He wanted to apply as a new emotional for Kel and Leon’s shop, and the duo happily accepted as they could tell the Keldeo loved poofy pamps. After explaining Pascal’s situation to the trio, Kel led them to the back, where Pascal and Leon are testing out the Thievuls Pascal had absorbed earlier, who are now massive poofy diapers, With a few of them massively loaded with floof poop. The trio introduced themselves to Pascal, explaining what happened to the other escaped experiments, and how they formed the Ragtag Rogues. Hearing this, Pascal was relieved, and when Ethan asked if he wanted to them, Pascal happily agreed. So with that, the trio decided to help Kel, Leon and Pascal test out the theivul diapers, as Pampaku and Ethan hugged their new pone bro while Sandoku nuzzled Pascal’s poofy butt, making him blush.
