The current takes you to the first part of Sandy's small intestine known as the duodenum. You look at the surrounding scenery including the villi on the walls. You then eye a hole in one of the corner. That is the entrance to the bile duct that leads to three unexplored organs; the liver, the pancreas and the gall bladder. You then managed to squeeze through the hole and go up the bile duct towards one of the organs previously mentioned.
