The department is ruled by a fearsome tall woman named Yandesse, she and Zerova created a way to someone mind into an a,i. Sadly Yandesse was dying of a serious disease, few months were needed to perfect their method, make it 100% safe. However with little to no time, Zerova ed her dear friend with the un-refined mind er, while her friend escaped death her mind was altered greatly. turning a shy and quiet person into a unpredictable mad scientist who cares little for who she hurts.
