It’s been a while since I came up with any Twisted Wonderland OCs. Based on “The great mouse detective”, there are many interpretations of the Ratigan, but rarely for Fidget and Felicia. As well as making them into my own art style. Being known as “outcasts” to there dorm of the “Pomefiore”. With Raphal (based of Ratigan), the brains, Nostra ( Based of Fidget), the inventor, and Philippe (based on Felicia) the guts.
And will go to any length to be at the top of there game in Night Raven Academy. Always having each other’s backs. So let’s start off the official “leader” of the trio.
Name: Raphael Price
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Birthplace: “The Slums”
Height: 6.0 ft.
Weight: 110 lbs.
Dorm: Pomefiore
School Year: First Year
Species: mouse (rat) Beastman
Pet peeves: being called a “rat”
Interests: extravagant clothing, ratatouille,plotting dramatic schemes
A theatrical and egotistical “mouse” boy. With his dreams of being the most talented, popular magic in Pomefiore . Coming up with a plethora of plots to boost his charismatic narcissism. Always pushing both Nostra and Philippe like the devil on their shoulders a bit too far sometimes with his plans. Despite letting them to all the work, while he takes 95% of the credit, he’s actually loyal to his friends. Willing to stand by them no matter what. Sacrificing his own plans for the safety of the two. Especially towards Philippe, who has a crush on him. Mostly due to his love of eating (and fat jiggles when he purrs). And even his bullying of students shorter then him always makes him blush in delight. Being having a bell to “summon” him to make sure he’s in charge. Calling him his “kitty” or “honey bunny”.
So don’t call him a rat. Even if he’s doesn’t want to it to it. Never wanted to be associated with “filthy” “plague” spreading vermin. Rather, mostly wanted to dignified like mice. Mostly everyone can obviously see he’s a rat. Resulting him to have a short temper, and over blotting very easily into a savage beast of himself. Only for him to calm him down is with Philippe. Hugging him close to his belly as he purrs peacefully to chill himout.
Unique Magic Name: "Plague the price”
Effect: It allows the to cast a magic suppressing via mist. Disabling there magical abilities. As well spreading from person to person via touch or. And the only way for this to be cured is my only Raphael with just a snap of his fingers.

Interest: Gothic novels, silent horror movies, tomato juice
Mostly good hearted, but has a habit of being antisocial and rarely gets along with people other then Raphael and Philippe. Due to his Obsessive compulsiveness to even being down right neurotic in of it to the basic common sense. Stemming from being brainy from time to time. Being well educated in texts to classic horror movies and tropes. Even tries to be fierce like the monsters he sees in those films , but ended up making him cute due to his small size.
Mostly the planner and organizing Raphaels plans.
Being humiliated the most by Philippe and Raphael, it’s mostly just teasing around friends. And nothing too cruel or malicious. Who is appreciated being his only friends he made. As they felt the same and equally appreciated him as well and his talent.
Unique magic name: “Fidgeting”.
Effects: Basically a “Deception magical abilities”. Meaning he can shape shift himself or others he chooses. All by just thinking about the appearance, or the person he wants to mimic bodyimage he makes in his mind, creating a perfect disguise. Down to mimic the voice of the person he wants to impersonate perfectly.

Mostly crafty, effeminate young man, that many confused him for being a girl. Mostly due to his looks and graceful, playful manners. A mute that rarely talks other then the occasional “mews” and “purrs” from time to time. A majority of students think he could be just submissive in nature. He’s not totally oblivious to his seemingly innocent charms. With some thinking it’s all a mask he puts on to give his prey into a false sense of security. Only to strike wen the time is right. Often being a malicious bully and loving to tease and dominate anyone smaller then him for his amusement.
Unique magical ability: “Mouse-napped”Effect: Able to turn others into mice. His victims being fully aware and can still talk that to there mice, but there magic is also disabled to change back along with there magic. Only Philippe can reverse the trick under his will. Often humiliating them when he turns folks into mice. Rather it be smooshing them under his rump or belly, maw toying them, or even straight up eating them for Raphaels amusement, or commanded by his “master”.
Even turning both Rafael and Nostra into mice, but it’s mostly for fun. As this big guy as no interest in eating two, especially towards Raphael. Who wants to cuddle and protect him no matter what. Since he’s sees him as a lover that treats him with care, and dignity that appreciated his skills. With him so having a crush on the supposed “mouse” boy.
