He might wear clothes with this outfit, but he has elastic bands to shape himself into the way he wants to be blown up, and he's got a null bulge with print on it. His feet, if not in the shoes, could end up rather overinflated as well.

Gosh there’s so much cool with this! I love his proportions, especially those big slappy hands~ That’s a great way to do inflatable hair and the color palette is just lovely!
