“… though I did want to give this movie the credit it deserves for what it does right, and the penultimate scene in this film has you so on edge, gripping your popcorn bags so tight they rip, and as soon as you think things are calm, things might be over. Suddenly, with only the sound of bone crunching drowning the silence the finale built to, it shoot’s that sudden, unnerving feeling into overdrive, and it’s so gruesome with the only thing you can hear is bone cracking, and the initial crunch spooked me so bad, I ended up having to sit awkwardly to for the mess in my pants, but for what I thought felt lacking at first, really built itself into an ending that got that out of me. A solid 7/10, would have been a 5 if that last scare didn’t cause such a pants packing. It’s got my recommendation!”
