A old Plasma Flamethrower used by one of Sly's old friend, during the First Covenant war from the halo series. using highly concentrated plasma found in Fuel rod cannons but instead of causing an explosion out comes a stream of very hot plasma that will melt through most armor and light anything on fire. sadly they are no longer produced and this is the last one that is still operational.
