ADOPTION RULES:
1- Characters adopted for free cannot be resold, only gifted or traded.
2- Design credit is not necessary, but if you want to give it then go ahead. Never claim the design as yours.
3- Design changes are ok as long as they're minor (ex: eye color, a marking, gender, etc). No species changes, an "alternative version" is ok (ex: an anthro character with a human version), no entire palette overhauls. The reference art can be edited to acommodate these minor changes, by me or by the customer themselves.
4- Do not resell for more money than initially purchased from unless more art has been added, yours or someone else's.
5- Use on any site and in any way you wish. Fictional problematic tropes are okay, but do not use to promote RL hate towards any group, race, gender or whatever (this also includes white, cis, heterosexual people).
6- If you don't want a character anymore I'm willing to take them back, but I will not pay for them no matter the amount of art they include.
7- If you purchased an OC through another site, such as YCH Comishes and didn't have a TH acc at the moment of the sale the OC will be moved to sold. If you ever make a TH acc message me with proof of purchase and I will transfer the OC to your .
