Next in our series of offbeat stories is my first ever story that explores the worlds of J.R.R Tolkien in the context of masking. In this tale from the First Age, the beautiful princess Luthien Tinuviel and the valiant human Beren are on their deadly quest to wrest the magical Silmaril from the crown of Morgoth himself. Aided by the great hound Huan, the two must journey into the fortress of Angband, source of all evil. But Huan has a plan that will allow the two to easier accomplish their goal and perhaps even escape with their lives...
