Heh, well depending on the size that some ladies reach while they are pregnant this thing can actually become handy some times. XD

This is a peculiar device. They didn't regress per say, they simply temporarily reduce the size/mass of the children without harming them. They still growing inside of them like normal, just at the 1/12 or of their original size.
