Khay on a relaxing day, reading his favorite books from his collection ^^
First posted drawing of 2022! :D Haven’t made a drawing with just Khay in quite some time, so it is fun to do so again! I love him so much haha.
As a lot of things I draw, this was supposed to be an experimental sketch XD Then it turned into experimental inks, then experimental colors, and now it’s done haha. Pretty happy with how it looks! It has some shading and anatomy weirdness, but that’s kind of what happens when you finish a drawing you didn’t plan to lol.

I had a few commissions in progress that I should have worked on instead of this. But when it has been weeks and weeks since I made a finished drawing, I feel bad going right into commissions when I feel rusty. (Especially with inking and coloring.) So this was really a warm up drawing before I get back to streaming and commissions. If all goes smooth, I will try to stream later in the week, and will get to finishing up the commission in progress!

What's the book about?
Do we know something of his favorite book in the shelf? ...what does he like to read?
What anatomy weirdness? ...mmm the tail?
The furry details I most love of this one is that lower belly, and that perspective on his bottom. XD

Anatomical weirdness-? Ah, the big/wide tail. Eh, just pretend he has a chee-pattern pillow for some reason! ;D
