Unlike the Archer, the Scout is an expert at swift movement and information gathering; he really needs those legs, especially if he's found out. But fighting really isn't up his alley, so he can do just fine without the arms.

Now could they still use items or not?🤔
I guess as far as items, using them without arms might depend on which. You might be able to make some of them usable with the right accessibility options!
