No code purple.for me is when there is no hope for salvaging a mess that someone made and is about to be royally screwed in every sense of the word.

Code red means there is still a chance to.save face.

I think it has something to do with the number of tails: more tails means more immortal

We are immortal to the age to time, but we can still be killed by other.means. Only eight tails and higher can reform themselves from a lethal blow, if and only if the have.the energy to repair the damage done to them.

Guess being so tiny has its perks O.O

Also sounds to me like she wants him to make the sun more intense so people would be even more dependent on their rain, especially since it makes him come off as the bad guy and her come off as the savior
