Centuries, that's how long has been since Jack has seen a Oschbeva or another ERDAS unit ever since the war broke out on that tragic day...
He never thought about it too much, why he hasn't heard or seen from his kind since that day nor he tries to much about his past not that he much to begin with. But one day that all change, as he was at town picking up some things from the store, only to hear and see people screaming and running in panic outside followed by a explosion.
Running out of the store he saw some of the buildings down the street on fire, confuse he move in towards the scene of destruction only to be stop by the sight of something unexpected...it was another ERDAS unit standing before him. The large dark draconic unit turn around to face him, the four Red eyes piercing into his, no words were spoken for a moment not that Jack could speak as he was in shock and also...afraid? Memories of his past briefly resurface.
He knew this unit or so he thought, his jaws open some as if he was about to say something to it but before he did the unit started to approach him while saying a single word "I've finally found you...traitor" with that said the ERDAS unit proceeded to attack Jack, swinging it's large claws to him.
Out of instinct Jack dodge backwards, barely just avoiding the initial attack as the claws rip through his shirt and cut his chest some, the ground shattering beneath him as the paw slam into it. Fear seem to have been taking a hold as he ed what this ERDAS was...what it was made for and it was here to kill him, at all cost.
To be continue...?So more lore stuff (?), been wanting to do more backstory stuff for Jack as well possibly introduce a new character that for now I shall simply call "Nemesis" Unit (a place holder till I come up with a proper name at least).
Anywho this amazing piece was made by CrashDownLight, do check em out both here and on Twitter they do some really good illustrations and other artwork.
But yeah more lore I guess, you guys can probably figure what "Nemesis" here was made for! Will see if I do more, I still need to make a post or two properly exploring Jack's and the Oschbeva/ERDAS's past at some point.
