I guess this is my submission for the Year of the Tiger, but I do have a 4 in 1 in mind for some fanart of tiger girls which will probably get done at a later point.
Anyway no name for this character and I mostly wanted to try out the Noir style again since it's been almost a Decade since my last Noir style pieces.

I'm a little disappointed in the first piece as I stuck a bit too close to my references with that one and it's stiff and plain looking because of that. Though I like the personality of the second one which I just went at and drew in less than an hour. Expect more OC work like this in the future and hopefully I can make these a lot of fun.
