So something a little different from me this time - it has been a while since I have actually posted some canon story work relating to Jared.
This is an idea that has been rolling around in my head for what feels like years now and nagging to be put to print! I finally decided to sit down and write it - and I must it I am rather happy I did, it helped me vent some emotions and also show that Jared is not just all rampage, death and destruction - that he does have a tender side and he does care and love.
This is the story of how Jared (Dragon) met Jaredin (Human). Now if the similarity in names confuses you then don't worry - it is all intentional and explained within the the story.
Something of a hurt/comfort story with what I hope is an uplifting ending for people!
Let me know if you like as if its something people want to see more of I would be happy to write up more stories of Jared's adventures and not just his rampages!
