Vixtom (Left) and Voxtim (Right) were two kobolds that grew up within a small little kobold tribe, the two were inseparable twins at birth and always stuck together. Vixtom always had a cheery attitude to him while Voxtim had a slightly shiftier one, together they could do a lot compared to when they were alone (Which very rarely happened). One day while the two were sitting outside their den on a tree just discussing potential things to do in the day to the time they saw what looked to be a very large goliath in the woods. The man seemed keen on performing something unsavory just by his appearance alone, then again the two couldn't really tell for sure since they were poor judges of characters. So they did a rock paper scissors match up to find out how they would go about dealing with the man. After about 3 minutes of going back and forth because the two kept tieing, they got frustrated and just opted to go confront the man... If only they didn't lose him, they were confused on where he went but ultimately lost interest fairly quickly and opted to head back home.

But when they arrived they found the man there, looming menacingly over a group of kobolds, acting quickly the two put their heads together and ambushed the man. But the ambush failed pretty poorly as they only ended up revealing themselves early by both doing a jump attack and colliding with themselves in the air. Turns out the Goliath was just a wandering hunter and he was just checking to see if the kobolds wanted to trade anything while he was in the area. But the Large man commended Vixtom and Voxtim for their pretty stellar teamwork, even if it was a fail the two had a lot of teamwork going for them. So the Goliath hunter offered to potentially teach them some tricks while he was around. The two looked at each other, then looked at the hunter, then back to each other, both gaining a massive smile and looking very excited. At the same time, they both asked if the hunter could teach them how to use a bow, the man thought for a second before agreeing to teach them how to shoot. But Vixtom and Voxtim didn't want to learn how to fire a normal bow, they wanted to learn how to fire his bow. That request surprised the hunter, but he shrugged and saw no harm in doing so, and he trained the two as best he could.

Vixtom & Voxtim were terrible, they sucked at first, barely even being able to even pull the heavy string back to let alone fire an arrow. But as time went on they found ways around their weaknesses and worked together like some well-oiled machine to fire the bow at last. The more they practiced the stronger the bow they could use, and with time, eventually, their shots were like that of a ballista shot. The goliath hunter was impressed and proud of the two for their talent with the bow and their capability to work so well together. For the twins, they were so excited to be able to fire such a massive weapon, and they were having a blast running about and shooting things. So after a good time with the hunter they left, being wished well on their journey, even if they didn't have much of a goal in mind.

But to them, the goal they had was just to explore the world and have fun (Maybe even take down a dragon or something, details still pending for them).
