It all began with a slam.

More specifically, it started when self-proclaimed greatest wrestler in the world Lazlo Lee got a door slammed in his face by fellow wrestler, Zack “the striped steel prince” Keiser. The pompous zebra didn’t even pay attention to the accident as he was too busy showing off his new six thousand dollar ring to his friends. After Lazlo managed to pry his banged up nose from the wooden door, he roared and began chewing Zack out for his misdeed! The striped wrestler could only roll his eyes in mild annoyance before trying to shut up Lazlo with a five dollar bill as a not-so-subtle bribe attempt. Unfortunately, the zebra did so in the worst way possible! He skewered the paper bill on one of the deer’s antlers, ruining the bill AND Lazlo’s barely maintained composure! Snarling in outrage, the roided up buck brought his hand up and slapped the zebra across the face, right in front of his fancy entourage! As Zack clutched his reddening cheek, Lazlo jabbed a finger into that black and white chest and demanded a public wrestling match! Needless to say, Zack agreed! After a tense lead up to the fight, both pseudo-horses were eager to demolish the other! Lazlo stood in one corner, dressed in military boots and cautionary colours while Zack stood in the other, decked out in tights with dollar signs printed on them. The wrestling match began and the audience was in awe of what they saw. Tight holds, illegal maneuvers and at one point, even a steel chair was brought out! The fight ended however, when Zack managed to stun the rage-filled deer, hoisted him up to the corner and preformed a brutal pile-driver! Only one question remains, did Lazlo’s antlers end up embedded into the canvas floor? Or did they snap off his head like a pair of twigs? The choice is up to you!


So this was a very fun piece! Some of you might know Midnight (and the gazillion characters he owns). I’m on pretty good with him and he said one day “do you want to get art of our characters wrestling?”. I said yes, put down my half of the money and he took care of everything else, including finding the artist! Dude, you rock! Thank you so much for taking care of this and allowing me to get art of my jerk of a deer!
