Seika, an anthropomorphic gynoid who was created to do good in the world. Her name is a pun on the Japanese word Seikatsu which means 'life'. Long story short, the creation of this character came from watching Cutie Honey and All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku. Seika was created at first as a first model of an army of androids for the country's government. Unfortunately her creator could not stand seeing such a creation being used for such evil purposes and had her released. She has the appearance of a fox but really isn't as this is just more of a disguise to avoid being spotted easily in the crowd. While she tends to live life peacefully as she can, there are times when her programming detects disturbances and executes a special code of program that enables her to become a warrior. The secret government section wants her back and continue to launch 'copies' of her but in different forms in attempt to take her down.

Yeah they sure don't make anime like they used to.
Indeed, like Project A-Ko, really loved the OST that came with the DVD, and Devil Hunter Yohko, really loved DHY: 4Ever OVA that was a collection of the series songs in music video format. XD
