Comet stood in the desert all by herself, only hearing roaring far off in the distance behind her, coming closer and closer. She knew she couldn't return to the skywing kingdom, not after she spat to queen scarlet that she's done with this stupid war between the three sandwing queens, and that she's stupid enough to help one of them. Comet knew what happened next, of course, she knew before anyone else did, thanks to the gift of mindreading that she had gotten from the moons. Before Scarlet could say anything, Comet was out of the castle, running and eventually flying for her life, leaving everything behind and only be ed as a hunted skywing.

This war had taken everything from her, her closest friends that she fought with, and her beloved family, leaving her completely alone. She had no place to go, nowhere to hide. That is until she picked up an interesting thought from the queen of the mudwings, queen Moorhen. An island, only a week of flight that only Moorhen thought she alone knew, at least until now. Comet knew that would be the safest place to stay, to live, to start a new life away from the war, from the skywings, from scarlet. Nothing was left on Pyrrhia that would keep her here, and so she started her journey to her new life in unknown lands.

It all started with a friend and me wanting to do a little D&D campaign based on the Wings of Fire book series that we both enjoy greatly, and so we started this ^^
A ton of stuff has happened in the story already and I'm planning on telling the story in artworks, so please always read through the description if you want to follow it. Also, keep in mind that I pretty much never write stories or the like which means my grammar might be bad, plus the fact that English isn't my mother language.
